A first-floor exterior upgrade in East Meadow: insulated California-style stucco with wire mesh and cement base coat, stucco paint, a gravel perimeter around the house and a new stone-tile walkway.

The result is an insulated stucco exterior with a clean paint finish, a tidy gravel perimeter and a stone walkway to match.
Scope of work
- Install a California-style stucco finish around the entire first-floor exterior, with insulation, wire mesh and a cement base coat
- Apply stucco paint to all newly finished stucco surfaces
- Prepare the ground and install gravel around the perimeter of the house
- Prepare the walkway base and install new stone tiles
- Remove construction debris and clean all work areas upon completion
