Contact usCan I keep using my kitchen during the remodel?
Not fully, but we plan the work to keep the downtime as short as we can and tell you in advance when water and power will be off. Many clients set up a temporary kitchen in another room, and we help plan around it.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrical work?
Yes. We coordinate the plumbing, gas and electrical work as part of the job, so you deal with one contractor.
Do I need permits for a kitchen or bathroom remodel?
It depends on the scope. Replacing finishes and fixtures where they are usually needs none; moving plumbing, gas lines or walls usually does. We tell you what your remodel needs and handle the filing.
Can you work in apartments and co-ops?
Yes. We do full apartment gut renovations. We follow the building’s alteration rules and working hours and protect the hallways and elevator.
