Our services and license
Albatros Construction Inc. is a licensed home improvement contractor in New York City (DCWP license #1222356-DCA). Information on this site is general and does not replace an on-site assessment of your property.
Estimates and contracts
Estimates are free and based on the information available when we visit. No work is authorized and no price is binding until we both sign a written contract, as New York law requires. Your contract governs the scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty of your project.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. The payment terms for your project are written into your contract.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties are provided only as written in your contract. Materials are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties.
Photos, reviews and content
Project photos on this site show real Albatros work; results depend on each property and project. Testimonials reflect individual customers’ experiences. All text, photos, logos and designs belong to Albatros or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

The site may link to other websites, such as Google. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
