The result is a basement with waterproofed foundation walls behind new metal framing and Sheetrock, taped, plastered and painted.
Scope of work
- Remove existing Sheetrock up to 4 feet high around the entire basement perimeter
- Prepare and waterproof all basement foundation walls
- Install new metal framing in the affected areas
- Install new Sheetrock where removed
- Tape joints, apply plaster, and sand smooth
- Prime repaired surfaces and paint the entire basement
- Remove construction debris and leave the work area clean
