Full apartment gut renovation
A three-bedroom apartment in Brighton Beach, gutted and rebuilt: new wiring and plumbing, a white shaker kitchen with granite and mosaic backsplash, a porcelain-tiled bathroom with glass shower, a stone accent wall with LED cove lighting, and new doors and floors throughout.

The result is a three-bedroom apartment with new wiring and plumbing behind the walls and a new kitchen, bathroom, doors and floors in front of them.
Scope of work
- Remove existing flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom fixtures, tiles, doors and moldings
- Install new electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting connections throughout the apartment
- Install new water supply and drain piping for the kitchen and bathroom, including connections for new fixtures
- Completely renovate the bathroom, including waterproofing, wall and floor tiles, bathtub or shower and toilet
- Install new kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, sink, and faucet
- Install or repair drywall as needed, tape joints, plaster, and prepare all surfaces for painting
- Prepare and level subfloors as needed and install new flooring throughout the apartment
- Install new interior doors, hardware, door casings, baseboards, and moldings throughout the apartment
- Prime and paint the entire apartment, including walls, ceilings, doors, and trim
