Work included: Pipe scaffolding · Mortar-mix cement coating · MP1 window & door sealing · Two-coat elastomeric coating.
The result is a building envelope with a new cement coating on every exterior wall, sealed windows and doors and two coats of elastomeric waterproofing.
Scope of work
- Install pipe scaffolding around the building to access the exterior walls
- Prepare the exterior wall surfaces and apply a mortar-mix cement coating around the entire building
- Seal around all exterior windows and doors with MP1 sealant
- Apply two coats of elastomeric coating to the prepared exterior walls
- Remove construction debris and dismantle the scaffolding upon completion
