A complete outdoor rebuild in Emerson Hill: old concrete broken out, a new driveway, sidewalk and side walkways poured, backyard pavers, a block retaining wall topped with PVC fencing, a brick arch entry with an iron gate, lower-wall siding repairs, and new lawns front and back.

A complete outdoor rebuild, front to back.
Work included: Concrete demolition · New concrete driveway & sidewalk · Backyard pavers · Retaining wall · PVC & metal fencing · Siding repair & waterproofing · New lawn.
The result is a yard that works as one design: new concrete out front, pavers and a retaining wall in back, fencing all around and a brick arch at the gate.
Scope of work
- Break up and remove the existing concrete driveway, sidewalk, side walkways, and backyard concrete
- Prepare the base and install new concrete at the driveway, sidewalk, and along the side of the house
- Prepare the base and install new pavers at the rear of the house
- Build a new retaining wall
- Repair the lower 4-foot section around the entire house
- Prepare the soil and install new grass in the backyard and front yard
- Remove construction debris and clean the work areas upon completion
