The result is a finished backyard: an inground pool set in pavers, a privacy fence around the yard and a painted two-level deck.
Scope of work
- Excavate and construct an inground pool approximately 400 square feet, including the pool shell
- Install new fencing around the entire perimeter of the property, including posts, fence sections and gates
- Prepare the entire backyard and side-yard areas, including excavation, grading and a compacted aggregate base
- Construct a new two-level deck in the backyard, including footings, supporting posts, beams, joists and decking
- Prepare all deck surfaces, prime as required, and apply an exterior coating suitable for decking, stairs and posts
- Remove construction debris and clean all completed work areas
