Pool deck & fence replacement
We replaced a backyard deck and pool fence in Dyker Heights with a new deck, railings, pool gates and fencing — then primed and painted everything with an exterior-grade coating.

Scope of work
- Dismantle and remove the existing deck, pool fencing, railings, and gates
- Construct a new deck, including supporting posts, beams, joists and decking boards
- Install new fencing around the backyard pool area, including posts, fence sections, and attachment hardware
- Install new deck railings and pool access gates, including hinges, latches, and associated hardware
- Prepare all new wood surfaces, apply primer as required, and paint the entire deck, fencing, railings and posts
- Remove remaining construction debris and clean the backyard work area
