Scope of work
- Remove all existing basement windows, including the surrounding framing
- Build new framing at each basement window opening
- Install new basement windows
- Waterproof and seal all basement window openings from the exterior
- Prepare the exposed foundation surfaces and apply a cement parge coating around the entire house
