A façade upgrade at a Crown Heights school: a large front window removed and the opening rebuilt with metal framing, DensGlass sheathing, waterproofing and insulation, finished in California stucco outside and new Sheetrock inside.

The result is a new insulated wall in the old window opening, finished in stucco outside and Sheetrock inside.
Scope of work
- Install sidewalk bridge and pipe scaffolding for access and protection
- Remove the large window at the front of the school
- Install new metal framing in the window opening
- Install exterior DensGlass sheathing, waterproofing, and insulation
- Apply California stucco to the exterior
- Install interior insulation and new Sheetrock
- Tape joints, apply plaster, sand smooth, prime, and paint the finished interior surfaces
