Bulkhead skylight replacement & waterproofing
On this South Slope rooftop we replaced the bulkhead skylight, waterproofed the bulkhead and surrounding roof, coated the walls with elastomeric, and installed metal through-wall flashing with every joint sealed.

The result is a watertight bulkhead: a new skylight on a waterproofed curb, coated walls and metal flashing with every joint sealed.
Scope of work
- Remove the existing bulkhead skylight and install a new skylight
- Prepare and waterproof the bulkhead and the roof area surrounding it
- Apply elastomeric coating to the bulkhead walls
- Install metal through-wall flashing around the entire bulkhead and seal all joints and connections
