Scope of work
- Prepare the existing roof surface and secure loose shingles
- Install new asphalt shingles over the existing layer, including ridge and hip cap shingles
- Inspect roof flashing around penetrations and transitions and seal as necessary
- Remove installation debris and clean the work area
