Contact usWhy is water coming through my foundation wall?
Usually because water collects against the wall and finds cracks or the joint at the footing. We look at grading and drainage as well as the wall itself, then waterproof from the outside where that is possible.
Do you waterproof from the outside or the inside?
From the outside wherever we can reach the wall, because that stops water before it enters the masonry. Where the wall cannot be exposed, we explain the inside options and what they can and cannot do.
Can you work on an old stone or brick foundation?
Older stone and brick foundations need careful excavation and the right mortar and coating, so we look at the wall first and tell you plainly what it needs.
